One Strong Foundation. Three Specialist Pathways.
Every NCCH practitioner journey begins with the essential foundations of hypnosis, therapeutic communication and professional practice.
Whether your destination is Clinical Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Hypnotherapy or becoming a Hypno-Doula, you begin by learning the core skills that underpin confident and responsible hypnotic practice.
The Core Training is Shared
Each Foundation contains the same essential core material. During your practical Meet & Master training, you practise those techniques through the perspective of your chosen pathway — allowing you to understand not simply how a technique works, but how it can be adapted for different people, settings and therapeutic intentions.
What Will I Learn?
Your Foundation introduces both the practical skills of hypnosis and the professional knowledge needed to begin developing as a practitioner.
Trance Induction
Learn the foundations of guiding another person comfortably into hypnotic trance.
Progressive Relaxation
Explore Progressive Muscle Relaxation and approaches to physical and mental relaxation.
Deepening Trance
Develop practical deepening skills and learn how to work confidently with trance states.

Learn how to gather appropriate information, understand the person you are working with and begin planning your sessions.
